Mathew Walker
Executive Chairman
Mr Walker has extensive experience in private and public company management and in the provision of corporate advice. Specialising in the natural resources sector, Mr Walker has served as executive Chairman or Managing Director for public companies with resource interests in North America, South America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Australia and Asia. Currently he serves as Chairman of Tango Petroleum Limited (ASX: TNP) and Blue River Mining Limited (a company incorporated in England & Wales). He is also a Director of boutique investment banking firm Alto Capital and Chairman of corporate advisory firm Cicero Corporate Services.
Mr Walker serves as Managing Director of his family livestock business, which was sold in part to Australian Agricultural Company Limited (ASX: AAC) in 2006, which was described by AAC at the time as "the world's largest and most credentialed full blood herd outside of Japan and is viewed as Australia's premier Wagyu Business".
Mr Walker is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Garry Ralston
Non-Executive Director
Mr Ralston has over 35 years experience in the banking and finance sectors. Mr Ralston was co-founder and, until recently a director of Finance Systems and Technology Pty Ltd, one of Australia's largest mortgage aggregators. He is also a director and co-founder of Select Mortgage Services Pty Ltd which is one of the leading West Australian based mortgage brokers.

Tim Johnston
Non-Executive Director
Mr Johnston serves as a non-executive Director based in Tulsa, Oklahoma USA. Mr Johnston has extensive experience in accounting and taxation while working in various capacities for both public and private companies in the oil and gas industry. Mr Johnston received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accountancy from Oklahoma State University.
Mr Johnston is currently President of Energy Financial Management which serves oil and gas entities with their accounting, administration and taxation needs. Mr Johnston is also President of Oklahoma Energy Consultants Inc which is involved in the acquisition of and administration of oil and gas properties in the US.

James Robinson
Company Secretary
Mr Robinson gained extensive capital markets experience during 10 years with one of Western Australia’s leading corporate advisory and stockbroking firms. He currently serves as a Director of Blue River Mining Limited (a company incorporated in England & Wales), Cohiba Minerals Limited and Company Secretary of Tango Petroleum Limited (ASX: TNP). He is also a Director of corporate advisory firm Cicero Corporate Services.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia.
